Principles:

  • eco - friendly, dry MKK technology (metallized plastic film, compact design)
  • any mounting position, upright, horizontal, suspended - no problem; low weight and small size

 
Characteristics:

  • 5 to 25 kvar per capacitor, PCB-free, impregnated with nitrogen
  • Reliability due to internal cut-off protection, high switching capability,
    self-healing and low dissipation
  • high temperature class –25/D, max. ambient temperature on capacitor up to +55°C
  • high capacity stability, particularly important for reactor connected applications; the loss of capacitance over the service life of the capacitor is almost negligible
  • high current carrying capacity, up to 1,5 times rated current as reserve for system voltage variations and any harmonic content that is present
  • SIGUT terminals, safe against finger contact
  • Ready for connection with discharge device

  • Environmentally friendly, biodegradable soft resin
  • metallized polypropylene capacitor
  • mounting position: upright in the internal space

 
Characteristics:

  • MKP power capacitors with round angles fixed in aluminium beaker with a power up to 28kvar per beaker
  • Up to 5kvar: AMP plugs
  • The coatings are vapour deposited on polypropylene film
  • Impregnated with resin (based on vegetable oils)
  • With self healing plastic dielectric technology
  • A dissipation below 0,35W/kvar as measured by terminals, respectively below 0,2W/kvar in the dielectric
  • overpressure disconnector
  • MKP power capacitors have a high service life of at least 100 000H
    and a very high capacitance stability
  • The allowed switch on current is 200 times of the rated current
